IE8 - how to force "nomerge" argument in organization

We have a problem with Internet Explorer 8 and session sharing between
windows. We want to start every window with separate sessions. It can be done
by start iexplore.exe with "nomerge" argument but in our organization we want
to force to start it on all computers by GPO with this argument,
unfortunately I cannot find the way how to do it.
We can edit shortcuts to IE8 but when somebody opens IE from the link it
opens without “nomerge” argument.

Is there any chance to do it globally?

guys does any one know how to fix script errors on internet explorer 9. i
just updated my lap top and it is showing script errors i dont have
anyother os systems other than ie . so how do i fix it
